This principle rings loud and clear as we take steps to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning is dedicated to the health, wellness and safety of our customers and employees, and we are monitoring the dynamic COVID-19 situation to ensure we are taking all necessary proactive measures.

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning remains committed and prepared to respond to our customers’ needs immediately and to provide the same level of trusted and quality service you have come to expect.

To that end, we are following the guidelines and safety tips outlined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our service and installation technicians all wear health-safety gear –masks, gloves and safety glasses –while in your home.

Contact-Free Appointments
During this time of need for maximum health safety precautions, Four Seasons is offering homeowners the option to request Contact-Free Appointments:

• No signatures required
• Payments accepted and processed by phone
• No direct face-to-face contact necessary
  • All findings and recommendations by service and installation
    technicians can be communicated by phone
  • All assessments, recommendations and price quotes for new
    equipment installation and finance application forms can be
    communicated by phone, e-mail and FAX. Signatures on proposals
    can be processed electronically – no direct contact required.

In addition, we are requiring employees to stay home and seek medical attention if they are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19.
