When it came time for J. to replace his AC, he called Four Seasons. We removed his old system, installed his new system and alerted J. of a code issue, which we fixed for no charge. Tim, visited today, was invited out to my residence to perform annual maintenance on my Ductless AC Unit. I found him to be very knowledgeable, cordial and—most of all—extremely efficient. The company appears to treat their employees well and, when that occurs, it seems to have a positive effect in terms of how they, in turn, treat their customers. My other AC unit (Central) will most likely be needing replacement soon since it is about 12 years old, and I will most definitely have this firm install a new one. They have an installer named Steve, request him! He is the one who installed my ductless AC.
Update: We finally replaced our 18-year-old AC and 26-year-old furnace. I requested Steven and, once again, he performed meticulous cleanup and had OFF-the-charts professionalism. They even noticed a Code issue and took care of that for no additional charge. Very fair local market pricing as well. No matter what brand you choose to install, the AC being trouble-free during its lifetime is dependent on the tech who installed it imo. Steven is not only stellar with his interpersonal skills, but he has an insatiable quest for excellence. I have ZERO hesitancy recommending this firm. Outstanding performance from all involved.
